The program includes two distinct phases: a virtual component (online classes in May-June) and a short-term physical mobility in Coimbra, Portugal.
Contents of the course:
- Exploratory concepts on logistics sustainability and green strategies;
- Uncertainty and risk mitigation on supply chain demand and supply processes;
- Logistic key indicators and strategies to mitigate climate and environmental effects;
- Foundation on optimization models and tools;
- Optimization tools applied to green supply chains;
- Overview on Data Analytics and Digital Transformation
- Data Analysis and Data Visualization Techniques
- Applications of Data Analysis to Logistics Sustainability and Supply Chain Digital Transformation
- Optimal and Data-driven decision proposals.
The Program will cover the following expenses: meals: lunch, 2 coffee breaks a day and dinner on Monday and Thursday.
All expenses (travel and lunch) for the study visit on Wednesday are also included.
The Erasmus funding for students will cover:
- Accommodation
- Travelling
