Plan na rzecz równych szans (GEP) – ruszają szkolenia

The University of Lodz adopted Gender Equality Plan (GEP) was adopted by the University of Lodz in 2022. One of the forms of promoting equality and diversity that has been adopted is a series of training courses under a common name: Towards excellence and sustainability. From the challenges of discrimination and prejudice to inclusion and diversity. The training starts in January and will continue throughout 2024.

Training topics

The training topics cover issues related to difficult situations, such as discrimination and prejudice, guide you through how to deal with challenges and teach you how to set boundaries and build relationships at work. The training proposals also include the topic of combining personal and professional roles.

The aim of the training is not only to promote equality and diversity, but also to learn how to build satisfying relationships in the workplace, get to know the most important psychological and communication mechanisms, as well as tools and ways of reacting, allowing for better coping with difficult and conflict situations.

Who are the training courses as part of GEP for?

The training is intended for the entire community of the University of Lodz, i.e. for management, scientific and administrative staff, as well as for students and doctoral students.

The training plan for individual groups will change every month to adapt the training date to individual plans.
