(KOPIUJ 1)

As part of the SUSEDI project, an online training workshop to equip educators with the competencies necessary to lead the sustainability transformation in their institutions was conducted in January 2025.

The training was organised and conducted by the University of Malta and gathered 26 trainers from 13 educational institutions from the project consortium, including employees of the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz (Dr Marta Raźniewska and Dr Anna Wronka). The training combined an asynchronous e-learning phase (using the first phase of OER) with interactive live sessions, which provided participants with a better understanding of the Whole Institution Approach (WIA) to sustainable development.

The workshop is a key milestone in the SUSEDI Roadmap for Sustainable Development, strengthening the Green Transformation in Education of the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme. Trained educators will lead the integration of sustainable development into management, teaching and institutional activities in their units.
