The Nordea Graduate Programme is an 18-month programme starting on 1 September 2025. During this period, you will follow a development plan, working in various teams and pursuing specific learning goals that support your development. You will bring everything you learn with you as a solid foundation on which to build your future career. You will be under the care of experienced mentors, and active interaction will help you define what you expect from your career, how you work and develop best, and what your professional passions are.
When applying to the programme, you choose one of the available career paths. The structure of the programme for all graduates at Nordea remains the same, regardless of the career path chosen, although the specific experiences and skills acquired will vary depending on the chosen area.
In Poland candidates are recruited for:
- Operational Excellence Stream – the stream focuses on how the bank continues to be on top of trends and takes the next steps in how to operate in a profitable and sustainable way. This stream is suitable for those who have background from studies, for example in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics & Business Administration, Communication and Management.
- Next Generation Technology – the stream is a part of shaping the future of banking and supports us in transforming technology in finance and banking. Join us and help improve digital customer experiences. This path is suitable for people with education, for example, in Computer Science.
To join the programme, you should meet the following requirements:
- a Master’s Degree obtained by 1 September 2025,
- a maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience,
- fluent English.
